SHIPPING POLICY

Hi! I'm so excited to send you a piece of my artwork! 

After placing your order, you will receive on order confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days - this is up to the carrier. You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped. 

Please note that issues with postal services must be dealt directly with the shipping carrier. 

The standard shipping for orders up to 200 € is free worldwide (to all countries that DHL and UPS ships to). The shipping costs for orders under 200 € will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

If you would like to pick up your painting locally, feel free to reach out to me at info@iuliaglagla.com. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Iulia Glagla Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied - they are your responsibility as the customer.
